The Consultation
We understand that your hair is important to you, so whether you are considering a new look or would like to discuss the condition of your hair and how this can be improved, we are happy to listen and provide you with honest advice and solutions. Consider SGHAIR as an extension of your home care regime.
There is a charge for the consultation, this will however be deducted from any hair service at the salon. Please contact us for more information.
Cancellation
We require 72 hours notice of cancellations. Please be mindful of our other clients on the waiting list to enable us to refill your slot. No showing is very naughty and may result in divorce! Text reminders are sent out 7 days prior to remind you.
Please note a penalty of £25 will be added to your salon account if you fail to give us the required notice. Always let us know if you can’t make it.
